UP Button on the D-Pad is totally being an bumhole and is sticking/not being pushed down unless I force it with a descent amount of pressure, any suggestions.

Obv, tried the old blowing trick. It just seemed to be like that one day, nothign was spilled or anything to my knowledge. It doesn't look out of the norm.

Take a needle or a sharp, pointed object and try to pick out anything that may be preventing it from pressing down properly, like food crumbs, etc.. I had the same problem, i learned my lesson; never eat cookies right in front of ur psp.
