DBOX SAGEM GOT NO POWER

HI,
IT IS BLOWING THE FUSE UP.I CHANGED 3 FUSES (T2.5A).SOMEONE TOLD ME COULD BE THE CAPACITOR,BUT I VE GOT NO IDEA.CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?

its easier to change the whole power unit card..you can buy them from ebay now and again.
if you bought the dbox from a german seller contact them they might be able to help you out
