What is the purpose of the white piece beside the reset pad on the Magic 3.1? I desoldered it when trying to solder the reset pad. On the back of the white piece it has three letters "EEE" Please Help. Can i just resolder it back on!?!

Hey Flyby, did you have any luck soldering that white resistor back on? The same thing happen to me when I tried to desolder the RST pad but I lost that little white piece(resistor). I got a 33k Ohm resistor and solder that on where the white resistor goes and everything is working fine for me. I've had my chip in for about 3 months now no problems so far.
