Is this an internal or external burner? This error could be from having a cable not securely plugged in. Are you sure there is a blank disk in the burner?

Will the drive read or play factory CDs/DVDs?

When you set the Mode in Decrypter to "ISO Write", the top portion of the Decrypter window will relate to Source and at the bottom of the window is an area to designate the Destination device. I have more than one possible burner so I have a pulldown menu to select the device. I would guess in your case you might have just one. The name of the burner should be listed: _NECDVD_RWND-3500AG.
