I just purchased a pack of 50 RiData disks. When i ran DVD info pro, it said g05. What does g05 mean, and which ones are recommended? Are RiData g05's good for ps2 backups?

If I am not mistaken, the G04 media is the 4x writable where the G05 is the 8x writiable media.

Someone correct me if I am wrong?

yes....the g05 are 8x writable. Is that the difference between g04 and g05, the writing speeds?
