I'm getting a dvd burner soon and of course i am going to burn xbox games with it. My question is do different burners affect the quality of the game and if so what is a good burner to get?
I have 3 liteon dvd burners. All work perfectly with xbox games. Dual layer, + and - compatible, all for a decent price. You can even buy the cheap 451s and update the firmware to dual layer and 8x burning (i did this to my first burner). I am sure others like different brands, but for me, liteon has worked fine.
get a pioneer 108, they burn 4 speed at 8 speed, and 8 speed at 16 speed with updated firmware and also burn dual layer discs, you wont get a better writer at the moment for the price, around 70 pound if not cheaper if you shop around.
