I tried burning a dvd and when I play it on the computer it says " A disc with an unsupported format" is in the drive. I have Roxio Esac CD Creator 5. I used DVD Shrink and then saved it to my DVD's. I did not have a red Video-TS folder and I do not know how to create one. Is this the problem?

"A disc with an unsupported format" sounds like you have...for example...a DVD+R/W burner, but you put a blank DVD-R/W disk in it.

As for the other issue....all you have to do is create a folder on your desktop named VIDEO_TS, and put the files (that shrink created) in it, then burn the folder.

Your stand-alone DVD player will not play a DVD-Video unless it has the correct file structure, in a folder named VIDEO_TS.
