Hi, i followed the guide DVD to DIVX. But it states how to create a divx onto 2 cds.. what if i wanted to create a divx file onto 1 cd. 700 meg. I tried calculating the bitrate using the DVtool. But the file Came out to be 1.5gb. i dont know what the reason is. This has been happening with a few encoders Ie NEODIVX. Is my codec Wrong, Im using 5.02 bundle.

What kind of values did you enter into DVtool? And what bitrate did it give you?

Entering the bitrate in the DivX configuration screen should be enough. How big was the resulting video file? Open the video properties (rmb, properties), and check the bitrate on the summary page. It should be around 125kbps.
