The burn was at 4x because I thought she was doing video and suggested it. I don't know how much room CD Text takes, but you might try turning that off. Some players won't even play with it there. Try taking off one song to see if the extra room helps. If you want to save CDs, try burning it to the image recorder. Then you can burn the image separately to see if it works any better. Hopefully the firmware update will fix it.
I am trying to run the cleantool from the link, but I keep getting a runtime error during the end of the process. c:\documen~1\owner\locals~1\temp\rarsfx1\cleantool.exe Going through some searches now to try and fix that. Any suggestions on that?? thanks for all your help
You need to download the .zip file and extract it (right click). Then run the .exe from the folder created.
I did that, ran the tool it gets halfway through the removal and I get this error. And 3 things go uninstalled. When it stops uninstalling i get the message: Micorsoft Visual C++ Runtime error c:\documen~1\owner\locals~1\temp\rarsfx1\cleantool.exe I went to Nero downloaded the cleantool-->unzipped-> of course i scanned them all before opening--> it asks some questions--->I wrote down my serial and continued with it and everytime it stops and I get: Micorsoft Visual C++ Runtime error c:\documen~1\owner\locals~1\temp\rarsfx1\cleantool.exe didn't have a log or anything but the above. signed Still stumped
