dms3 black screen

    i installed a dms3 and everything worked perfect for about 2 months, now all the sudden when you put in backup games or original games the screen just comes up black

    Go to the website and check it out they might have some info on it. You might have a connection that came loose on the motherboard.

    Try checking the contacts that run to the CD/DVD controller on the bottom side of the board (assuming you have a v5+ PS2). Those will cause your PS2 BIOS to not boot up if there is a problem. Might also help to put electrical tape over the contacts after you secure them to keep the motherboard shielding from grounding them out.
