I broke the whole PSP LCD screen this week... Its completely dark, only a visible very small square in the bottom left..

When I place the UMDs it freezes and I have to reboot..

For those who had the same problem with broken screens, is that normal or my optical block may also be dead ?

I need to know that before buying a replacement cuz if the block is also broken it would be cheaper to buy a new one..

    thanks..

Its possible you could have messed something else up to. Its hard to make an accurate diagnosis without an LCD tho.
