im about to purchase the Xecuter 2.3B Lite+ solderless with the xapter thing, but am unsure of something ...Do i need that external programmer they sell or not... if in the future i screwed up the flas on my chip would i be able to reflash cromwell or other biso from cd/dvd ....thanks?
you dont need to get the programmer, and im not positive, but i think if you do screw up ur bios, and need it redone, its possibe, but i think its a B%$@H to do. i got the Pro version, and thats not even very easy...i cant stress this enough, if its not to late get the solderless xenium chip..oh man, ive been dealing with those all week, and they are far more superior for newbie modders. i would reco that to u, but if you get this one, and u screw it up down the road, there is always help..lol
