if anyone is thinking about using him to repair their 360, wii, ps3, i would advise against this very STRONGLY. i sent him 5 ps3s about 8 months ago to reflow/reball, depending on what they needed and he has yet to send them back. i have been given the run-around about why i havent received them. such as, his partner left, he moved, he was in a wreck (twice in a month apparently), death in the family, a street fair kept him from his shop for an entire week, UPS held the package as it was 0.4 pounds overweight (yet it wasnt even accepted as i prepaid the return shipping label so i know it hasnt been used). not only has he ripped me off of my items, he has also ripped several members of my forum site off as well, so this is not an isolated instance. he also doesnt appear to care that i have filed a theft claim with my local police department, told him i would let everyone know on the major 360 related sites, and file a complaint with the BBB against him. this only ensures that he could care less about his customers. if anyone would like any more information about this company/person, please do feel free to send me a PM. edit-- this is tronix repairs based out of michigan. i do not want to make implications about any other company that should happen to go by this name.
