Is it possible to have a DivX with Dolby Digital?
    If so, how?

Yeah, rip the movie, get AC3 audio and mux it together with your video using NanDub.

First of all, i would like to thank you for the prompt reply.
Do you any articles here or know of any on the net that gives some more instructions on how to do this?
Or, do could you give me specific instructions?

It totally depends how you rip your DVDs normally. You can use SmartRipper, etc to seperate the audio tracks from the video in the beginning and use the nanDub in final phase after you've encoded your video, to bundle AVI with AC3.
