hi, ive just downloaded a psp game which i thought was an ISO/CSO. when i opened up the folder it had loads of folders with .001, .002. 003 etc... at the end of them. there was also a UMD_DATA.BIN. i was wondering how to and where to put these folders on my PSP.

i also noticed that most of the downloadable games on torrent sites are this format, so any help would be appreciated so i can download other games as well...Thanks!

Get umdgen and put all the files in it and then create iso.

No, you can just get WinRAR and right click and hit extract here.

    what does it say exactly?
does it says that the volume is corrupt
if it does and if you downloaded from a newsgroup and if you downloaded the par files you can fix the rar files with quickpar

but if you downloaded from torrents and its corrupt i dont think you can fix it

no, ive fixed it now but when i extract the files, i end up with a folder called PSP_GAME and a SYSDIR and a USRDIR inside, along with a PARAM.SFO. in side the USRDIR folder there is a MODULE folder with loads of .PRX files. inside the SYSDIR their is are EBOOTS named UPDATE and a .PRX and another PARAM.SFO.

Sorry if this sounds complicated lol, but i just really wanna play some ISOs lol.

those files are the contents of the iso
start umdgen drag and drop the PSP_GAME folder and the UMD_DATA.BIN file to where it says "no items to show" then save as iso or cso (compressed iso)

    Free UMD region(currently Enabled)

    Advanced
    -advanced configuration-
Plain modules in UMD/ISO (currently: Enabled)

    CPU Speed
    Speed in UMD/ISO (currently:333)
if doesn’t work try 266mhz ,some games only work with the right cpu speed
