Downloader.Zlob.AHRZ

Im on my niece's laptop & shes using windows vista & AVG Free.
Everytime she tries to use Internet Explorer avg reports that it has detected Downloader.Zlob.AHRZ.

It says the infected file is msqpdxwqsctmei.dll & then IE stops responding.

Ive googled this all day with no luck & i tried to download Spybot S & D but when i click install it says error.

Anybody know a way out of this as its really annoying me now.
