DS keeps freezing?

Hi people just wondering if anybody could help me out. The problem is that my sons Nintendo DS lite with the M3 DS inserted keeps freezing/sticking while in game play and sometimes it does not even start up at all. Thanks for any guidence.

 

Applying a small piece of paper with adhesive on the cover of the cartridge should fix it.

Yes lol.

I just cut the adhesive part of a post-it note and stuck it on the cartridge. I used to have the same problems like you but now not anymore.

 

Well i did try it and it made no difference. Infact nothing will play in the DS now not even a "genuine" cartridge its saying "there is no DS card inserted" im a bit stumped really.

 

Did you tried blowing in the slot?

 

Yes i tried that. That was one of the first things i did try.
