    Hi Guy's

I am trying to burn some video (DVD) content onto a standard size DVD. The files that I am trying to burn are about 183MB in size and are in AVI format. However, when I drag and drop the AVI file across ready to burn, I get told that I only have 500MB left on the DVD? Yet the file size is only 183MB?

Is this normal? And if so, is there any way to get more onto a standard size DVD?

    Thanks in advance guys.

    Mark

Run Imgburn, select 'Write files/folder to disk' and drag the file onto the window.
Insert a blank disk and if you click the 'Device' tab it will show the amount of space available.
Click the green button to burn.
