The program works great don't get me wrong but what's the point in ripping a movie to your HDD as an image file in preparation for a DVD+R or RW burn when every dang movie exceeds the 4.7 barrier?

Perhaps ripping to your HDD with selected actual files vs. an image might reduce the size but then how do you prep those ripped data files for burning to DVD+R?

after ripping to the hd, then you would use a program like dvd2avi and tmpgenc to convert the file so it can be burnt as a dvd-r. It will be compressed, but not much, so you would have a near perfect copy of the dvd.
