dvd decrypter error after "writing LeadIn" (ive seen this topic before but nothin helpful)

    here is the log i just want to make a backup it wont even start to write it was working fine for the past 2 days i didnt screw with anything i have no clue ive tried everything from decreasing the write speed to 1X to ... just about everything someone please help PLEASE!!!!!

    this dont belong here in the ps2 section btw,however,the first bit of advice would be to use some other disks

    prodisc are rubbish

    yeah, better discs would be a good start.
    I use to have errors like that when my burner was getting older and worn out.
    You can try updating your burners firmware to see if that helps any.

    ive been using fuji film i heard they were pretty good but i'll try sonys also should i get dvd+r's? i heard they were better but i also heard it doesnt matter also whats the firmware i downloaded a "live updater" or something like that that checks for firmware updates and it said that no drives that support firmware was found please help lol

    your firmware is the latest,the disk you are using are garbage
