Im trying to put some movies onto my ipod, I can get the files onto my computer fine and convert them to the right file type for my ipod, however the finished video has the wrong audio..

This has happened a couple of times. Instead of getting the original track, I often get commentry.. Is there anyway to know which one is the proper audio? Because it takes a while to convert over and Im going away on holiday tomorrow..

I don't know if this helps but there is -
    0x80 Audio - AC3/6ch/English
    0x81 - Audio - AC3/2ch/english
    0x82 - Audio - AC3/2ch/english
    0x83 - Audio - AC3/2ch/english

I have no clue if that is relevant at all but there you go...
    Any help would be great...

You may get more help if you ask this in the proper forum, this forum is for DVD Shrink, but I'll try to help as much as I can. Your problem probably lies in the program you are using to convert your DVD to an .mp4 file. What program are you using? It is probably just a matter of choosing the correct audio stream with your iPod video converting software. From the streams you listed, you are going to want to choose the 6ch AC3 english track.
