   I'm looking to be able to print movie artwork onto a DVD +-R burnable disc. Is there a site which has these ... ?

   You mean like the cover of the DVD? Try cdcovers or freecovers.
   
   You'll need dvds that are inkjet printable and a printer like the Epson or Canon that will print directly to disc.
