DVD drive not detected for laptop ??

    Hey ... I need help regarding my drive ..... I opened my laptop a while back because there's some noise coming from the fan underneath .... and when I put them back in together .... my drive is not recognize as if my DVD is not there (no D:) .... what's wrong with it ?? .... is there only 1 screw to connect the drive to the laptop, since there's no wire what so ever unlike a desktop ?? ....... what should I do ??

    well first try and make sure you pluged everything back together right and it's all nice and snug, then go to your device manager in my computer, and make sure you have the driver installed, try and update it, (your screwed if it's a mac)

    Oh ya .... could there be a problem if my comp is a mac ?? ... I am thinking of buying a new mac book .... hehehe
