i have been using dvd shrink and imgburn for a long time now with dvd43 running in the background. ive really had no problems but i wanted to try out dvdfab and it needs me to uninstall dvd43 for whatever reason. the question is are there benefits to dvdfab that make it worth starting all over with a new system? i know it can make phone friendly video formats and such but i already have software in place to do this. just looking for opinions. thanks!

DVD43 hasn't been updated for a couple of years and doesn't run on 64 bit Windows.

dvd43.com has a plugin for 64 bit Windows, but it doesn't seem to work. It downloads just fine, but doesn't load even though it's on the list of installed programs. I never see a smiley icon and when I hit control/alt/delete, it's not a running process.
