    Check out the media here
    http://www.supermediastore.com/index.html
If you go with any of the disk's that they have in the ratings the ones in all green are disk you really can't go wrong with. After you click on the type of media you are looking for ie DVD-R you will see the little ratings graph. Hope this helps :)

i would avoid Sonic crap like the plague
any brand that fakes their media codes are nothing but junk

better to pay now than later when your cheap discs are dead

Thanks guys! I think I will try Prodisk. I have a question. Is anyone familiar with maddog multimedia? I use their hard drive for my dvd's. I would like to know which dvd media is compatible.
    Thanks again!

... Here is a site that will help you out ... It'll probably supply you with more info than you really need, but it will keep you out of trouble for hours checking it out ...
... It has lists of compatable DVDs and players, recorders etc ... Tons of guides ... A bunch of usless entertaining stuff ... And a lot of stuff that'll educate you ...

     ... ENJOY !! ...
