I've just built my own PC and it's all gone wihtout a hitch but, When I try and install a program from a CD I get the following message: only part of a readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory request was completed I've tried uninstalling the DVD-rw and changing data tansfer modes but nothing works. The DVD r/w is only 2 months old and worked fine in my old system. Could it be due to my Windows XP Pro cd being a little scratched? p.s, I've tried a dozen other CDs and get the same error message!
