I've been successfully burning DVD-R movies that I've created - handing out beautifully labeled DVD-R's to clients. But I've been contacted by several - those who've watched their movies over and over that the DVD-R's begin to degrade - become unstable - start pixelizing - skip around - miss whole scenes after multiple viewings. Why does this happen? It's happened with TDK, Memorex and Fujifilm at 2x and 1x.

Well after much searching - I finally found the answer in this forum - and I must post my own reply. It's the labels. I use Avery full cover labels. And that is why after multiple viewings on some players my movies start to skip and freeze and everything else. Thanks a ton digger.
