I have quite a few DVD-R films on Bulkpaq, which played great on my DVD player which has now packed up. These films will now not play on my new player. If I copy the discs onto a good media, say Verbatim, will they play on my new player??

First, find out if your new player plays -R media. It may only play +R. Let us know what you find out.

Yeah, first try and figure out whether the problem is the new player or the discs. Do they play on your PC? If the DVDs were bad, you might be screwed because it's like copying crap from one DVD to another - the quality of the copy can never be better than the original. But I guess it doesn't hurt to try. Try playing the DVDs on a friend or family's DVD player too.
