    Hello all,

    (Clone/AMD Athlon 1300/Win XP Pro-SP2)

    I just purchased a Pioneer DVR-109 - Dual Layer/Format DVD RW.
I also purchased a 50 DVD+R spindle of TDK disks.

When I try to burn a movie through DVD X Copy. it goes through the process of saving and burning, but my drive itself cant read it once it's done.
I also used DVD ClonerII and it wont even take the disk because is see's it as a CD-R.

Windows XP also see's it as a CD-R on the auto detect function when I put it in the drive.

    Please help?!?

Mine does the same thing for blanks.

I would try to use the combination of DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter, both are free.

DVD Cloner II and DVD X Copy aren't the best programs.

did that resolve your problem, or did you have to change something in the settings?

    Thanks for the advice flip!

I downloaded DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, and the aspi layer from Adaptec.

    Works like a champ.

    Thanks again!
