    Hey guys,

I'm running a version4 ps2 with swapmagic and from what I'm reading, they usually play dvd-r better than dvd+r. I'm finding that the opposite is true in my case, every time I burn a dvd-r the border goes pink and it freezes, but all of my dvd+r burns work quite well (the border gets blue, then it loads the game), is my ps2 the exception to the rule? or am I doing sometthing wrong when I'm burning on dvd-r?? (I got a bunch of Memorex dvd-r for a good price, so I'm wondering if I should return them or not)

I think in order to play the copies, you need the mod chip or swap.

I have a V4 PS2 with Magic 3.2 modchip. I've used DVD Decrypter, Alcohol 120%, and sometimes Nero 6 Ultra to burn games. I've used -R and +R Ritek GO4's. I've only made two coasters.
