DVD SANTA

    i wanna get dvd santa,
    1.do u know how long it takes to convert a 1hour movie clip? (my pc is 3.2GH, 1GH RAM)
    2.can u make menus and link buttons with this program like a real dvd?
    please help me , thanx

    Sounds like an authoring question, rather than a ripping question. Of course, now that you posted here, you're in deep doodoo if you post the same question to the authoring forum.

    I don't use dvd santa. But based on experience with other programs, the time to convert a 1 hour movie clip depends. (I'm laughing as I say that. Of course it depends.) A wild guess: 2-3 hours to transcode (convert). 10-20 minutes to burn.

    I'm guessing that you can make menus with dvd santa, but I don't know that personally.

    I had a trial version of DVDSanta and it's a decent program but there are a few glaring problems. It takes quite ahwhile to encode, I didn't time it, but it's pretty long. And no, you cannot create menus with it unfortunately. Also, there is an annoying advertisement placed at the beginning of your DVD that you cannot get rid of if you are using the trial version. Purchasing the product will get rid of this obviously but it's up to you to determine whether it's worth it.
