DVD Shrink 3.2 issues.

    Every time I try to reduce the size of my dvd files converted from avi formats. Well the program will complete and then I will get an error message where I have to close program. I have uninstalled program, removed any remaining files left over by the DVD Shrink program and then removed any remaining registry files.

    I am still having this error after installing. I have all codecs needed already installed. What else can I do to use this program?

    It is ok.I have deleted the DVD Shrink 3.2 and got the DVD Shrink 3.17 program instead and everything is working fine.
