    Hey Guys,

I am having some trouble copying a DVD using DVD Shrink, and DVD Decrypter.

I put the DVD in my drive, DVD Shrink analyzed it and did whatever, then I made a backup or something and it copyed to my harddrive. The folder it made, included about 15 different files. half of them were .vob files. I then went into DVD Decrypter to burn, and when I open up the folder where the dvd is, it has no supported format, and wont let me burn those files. Under mode it says something like ISO write mode. Wich I chose to do, but I dont have anything in that format. What is all this stuff about .ISO files? I have no idea what they are. I am trying to copy a dvd so I can play it in my DVD player. ????? THanks

    Hey xsenergy
Yep decrypter needs an iso to burn. In Shrink you can set your backup target to create an iso to burn later w/ decrypter or select the option iso and burn w/ decrypter.

For the files you know have - you can use ImgBurn - same developer as Decrypter. You'll need to use the build mode and add the folder Shrink created. ImgBurn also burns iso w/o having to use the build mode.
    You can get it here

Also, if you have Nero you can go into its burning rom program and drop all those files into the DVD-Video function.

Does that mean that my DVD player will play .ISO files?

    Hi dragondog
Use RipIt4Me - all free and uses Decrypter and Shrink too. Give these programs the help they need to handle the newer copy protection which this one has.
Turn off or better yet uninstall DVD43 when using it.

Here's a guide and links to download - link
