does anyone know why shrink sometimes decryps and sometimes it won't. I thought that dvd shrink did what dvddecrypter does, but I guess I am wrong, thanks for any response

Decrypter is better at ripping discs than DVD Shrink. Usually cylcical Redundancy Check errors are common with DVD Shrink. This is to do with an actually discrepency on the disc surface.

I always thought DVD Shrink used its own version of Decrypter?

    Discmania,
You're right it does however there are still a few rare
times when it won't crack all of them - then a fall back to Decrypter will solve the problem.

    I think the 3.1.4 nbeta0 version does just a bit better :)
