So DVD shrink is getting phased out? No more updates? Is their another free tool like it that will replace it? other than DVD Decrypter.

The developer of DVDShrink sold his soul to Nero, I'm sure there will be something.

    Also free (at the moment)

    DVD Decrypter
    SmartRipper 2.41

At the end of the day....if you like shrink then to keep using it all you need is something else to do the ripping for you first.

All you need is anydvd in the backround with shrink. Works great removes any and all encyptions. Until dvdshrink goes away

Exactly. Hasn't this been discussed numerous times and the ending result is always the same...
There are faster programs out there like AnyDVD but as Taz stated...

DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter...you just can't go wrong. Reliable and cheap...errr...free.
