I have been burning for a couple of years, but have developed a few problems since Casino Royale has come out. The programs I use are AnyDVD and DVD Shrink.

At this point what is happening is that I try to Reauthor the file in DVD Shrink after AnyDVD has done it's job, and instead of taking me to the main movie file which I click/drag for it to be analyzed, a Video TS and Audio TS folder appear. If you click on either of these files there is nothing inside.

Also, I've been forced to switch to PIO mode from DMA because my computer will not work otherwise. On top of this, my computer is much slower than before.

Does anyone have any thoughts? I am not a computer expert, but can follow directions.

Therein lies the problem. AnyDVD no longer works alone with Shrink when working with some of the newer protections, i.e. the protection on Casino Royale. The files need to be ripped to process for compliance. Slysoft now recommends AnyDVD + CloneDVD for ripping. RipIt4Me may take a bit longer, but it's a freeware program which has been working when AnyDVD won't. Don't use AnyDVD when using RipIt4Me. AnyDVD interferes and causes problems, so don't neglect the RipIt4Me warning if you forget and leave AnyDVD on.
