Hi, I recently installed DVD Shrink and it will not open when I double Click on Icon or link through Start Menu. I run Windows XP Professional and have Nero, DiscJuggler, Alcohol and DVD Copy also installed. Does anyone have any idea why DVD Shrink would not open on my PC?

    Thanks

    Something you can try.

The DVD Shrink default video renderer may be the wrong one for your system.

You will have to use regedit to access the registry and disable the video/audio preview.
    Start >> Run >> Regedit
    Search for the following key:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DVD Shrink\DVD Shrink 3.1\Preferences]
Open this "folder", in the right pane right-click on "VideoPreview" and modify its value to "0".

    Try opening DVD Shrink.
If it now works, go to
Edit >> Preferences >> Preview Tab
Enable video and audio preview and try a different DirectX video renderer.
