Quick question, I have used DVD Shrink to make Monsters inc into a 4.3Gb file but the only software compatible with my burner is record now max. Now how should I burn the file that DVD shrink left me with? do I burn a data cd? I am unsure since I have only done exact copys and never had to burn a shrunken file onto a dvd before.

    Hiya m8

I just did this last night.

I put all the files made from DVD Shrink into a folder called VIDEO_TS.
Then open Record Now Max and click on Data Disc at the top.
Make sure Multisession is set to New Volume and then click on the add files button.
Find the VIDEO_TS folder with all the files in and click on it (but don't open the actual folder). After clicking ok the folder should now appear on the right side of the screen.
Change any of the settings as you want them and then just click the red button to burn.

That was my first backed up DVD last night and it worked great.

Let us know how you get on m8.

(By the way, all that I have learned in the last few days has come from people on this forum so they will always help you, great bunch of people)
