DVD Shrink takes 2-3 hours to rip a dvd. When i first started using it only took 30 min to 1 hour. Is there a setting i can change to fix this? I also use the option to where to enchance the video. I always have used that option and the most it would take is 1 hour

you are probably running out of memory.

Do some house cleaning that might help. Empty out any or all temp files in any Temp file directory that you might have.

Make sure your DVD drive is not causing the problem either.
My Pioneer DVD drive needs 1 hour to rip while when I use my DVD-writer to rip (Pioneer also) it takes 15-20 minutes!
The DVD drives works fine and worked fine with DVD Skrink some weeks ago!
    I didn't changed anything, what's wrong?

If something has stopped that normally works you have to look at whats different. Media, software, anything thats different.......

Well I tried my fix and it didn't work. so i re-formatted my drive and created a 2 gig partition and installed xp. i only installed my dvd etc. software. my dvd-r (burner) works great. i will install xp on my other partition which is 30 gig. that 30 gig partition will have all my apps for normal use. when i need to do my dvd stuff i created a dual boot system. its a bit bizarre but it works

No, not really. A normal analysis (ie open disc) takes about 40 seconds on my computer max.

I assumed you meant by that analysis without deep analysis. It takes 40seconds to analyse a disc. Anout 8mins to rip it if not encrypted. If encrypted by around 15-20% i would say it takes about 20mins. At 40% it would take around 30-35mins.
