    Hi Team,

This is the second time I'm experiencing a problem with my Shrink copy. It takes over 10 Hours to encode and burn a regular DVD. I have defragmented my drives, I have done a disk clean up, etc.

What I have noticed is that I had seen a message in my PC saying that I had almost no Virtual memory left. What can I do to corret this ? I'm guessing that as a result of this Shrink is not able to perform as fast as it should. For example, I burn two DVDs or three and I'm back to the same problem.

    My system is :
Pentium 4 CPU 2.5 GHz 480MB of RAM, free Hard disk of over 32 GB left, the Hard disk is about 120GB. I have Windows XP as my operating system.

    Can anyone help please.

    Regards,

    Ernesto

It sounds like your DVD drive is dropping out of DMA mode. Check your drive in the Device manager and see if it is DMA or PIO mode.
