DVD to AVI help

    im new at ripping and copying dvds. I already ripped the DVD files to my hard drive, but now i dont no how ti convert them to avi format. any help?

    use the search option "dvd to avi" this will link you to some sites for converting to avi.

    I am with this guy here..... which software is the best and what do you recomend? I can't stand paying money on software that doesn't work for crap!!!
