AutoGK will do this for you, and it's free.

The program fairuse 2.6 is a free program that works pretty good (and in my expierence always keeps your audio in sync). The only drawback is it only works with ISO files. You can easily make an ISO file with dvdshrink by choosing backup as ISO.
The free version only allows the final AVI file to be a total of 700mb, the full(paid) will allow you to make a larger(better quality) file up to 1400mb.
This is the only program I have used for over an year, it works perfect for me everytime.

Can you give me a link to your version of fair use wizard with no limitations.

I like to try new things.
