I searched through the forum archives, and I couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I have a lot of DVD movies (over 300) and wanted to convert them to DivX so I can store them on my secondary HD (300 GB). I was looking for a program to convert DVDs to DivX directly, and discovered that it wasn't that simple. I used the afterdawn.com guide for the Gordian package, and used that to convert a DVD to DivX. I got the video to work perfectly, but the sound volume was extremely low (there WAS sound, but even turning up my speakers to the max only produced minimal sound from the DivX). I was hoping someone could help me out or point me in the direct of THE BEST WAY TO RIP DVDS INTO DIVX FOMRAT. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all!
