    How do I take a dvd or vidoe files and make them into Dvd-ROM?

    To transfer/burn to the DVD+R, you can use ImgBurn.:

    Depending on your burner, the booktyping can be also done with ImgBurn. If you have Nero, it can also burn the DVD and booktypev to DVD-ROM(given that your drive supports that)
