I purchased this software when I bought my new computer last May 2004. I tried to use it for the first time last week and nothing happened. I inserted a DVD+RW that I recorded off of my TV of the Elton John concert and clicked on the start button and nothing happened. Is there a fix for this problem or did I buy a pig in a poke. Thanks for any help.

You concert dvd is not encrypted so all you need to copy it is any disc copy program you will find in Nero, Roxio, or Recordnow Max. Your X copy program may be having a problem because you are starting with a RW disc. It may be looking for a store bought dvd. It will burn to a RW but I'm not sure how it will react to RW on startup.

Download DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both free). Shrink will rip, decrypt, and compress most original dvd movies.Shrink will also let you edit out all the previews and extra junk you don't want or need. You can download them off the software tab at the page top. Then click the guide tab up there and read how to use them. Good luck.

Thank you for your suggestion to download the DVD Decrypter. It worked perfectly.
