Hi guys. I'm a noob but I've read as much as I can about DVD burning and I have a question that I think only experts like you could answer.

Dual-layer discs and burners are available now, does this mean that DVD9 can be copied at its entirety to dual-layer discs? If yes, what are the tools that can accomplish this?

you can never read enough about dvd burning. there are so many methods and programs available. there's always more to learn.

Probably the best software for your needs would be DVD Decrypter. It's got a cheap enough price.... it's free.

    Get it here.....

I guess you might want to know how to use it?

You should be able to ignore the warnings about larger than 4.36G movies. That guide was written for the massive number of people who use single layer media.
