   I just downloaded dvdxcopy platnuim and when i try to back up dvd i get error creating bouducon handle. Can anyone tell what that is or why it would do it?

   go to the dvdxcopy forum at http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com and you will get a better response to your questions. I used to use dvdxcopy but have changed to dvdshrink which is free.
