dvdxcopy...problems w/ program!!!

Got a copy of dvdxcopy from a buddy at work, says it is the best for dvd backup. Gave me the express program, worked well, was able to back up one dvd. Gave me the platinum program a couple of days later, wouldn't work. I uninstalled it and tried to use express again...express wouldn't work at all. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall both the platinum and express and they still won't freaking work!!!! My buddy is a pc wiz and he doesn't even know why it won't work. Beginning to think that God doesn't want me backing up my dvds! HELP!~!!!!!!!

 

Forget about Xcopy--Much better programs for DVD copying--Download DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter--they are both free and available at this site--Just go to software tab and look for them--There are also guides that show how to use them under the guide tab--If you have any trouble or even some questions, let us know--lots of folks here to help you--
