easiest way to play backup ps2 games?

    what is the easiest way to play backup ps2 games? swap magic? filp top? modchip?

    Modchip, but if you can't solder or dont like the idea, get a fliptop and swap magic discs. This is what i have, and it is very easy to install and play any backup game.

    what about a Slide Card

    slide card is just a pain in the ass, and you risk breaking your ps2 tray.

    there anyway i can play backups without having to open the ps2 up and voiding the warrenty or breaking anything?

    the warrenty isn't a very good one, but the slide card or no solder mod will do the trick. You do risk breaking your tray with the slide card and blowing a fuse with the no solder mod (which would require opening the ps2 anyways). What i did is get the fliptop, and use a hair dryer to peel the warrenty sticker off. If needed, i can put the original top and sticker back on.

    I use the slide card i and i think its great the warranty is still intact and its easy to use . And no you dont run the risk of breaking you cd tray on your ps2. just have to be carefull thats all. but no more carefull than you would with anything else you do.. i say get the slide card.... ive had no problems.

    flitop is the way to go, i used to do the swipe card method and broke a ps2 (wich i took care of)

    now i have fliptop for quite some time and im very happy

    could i use gameshark as my swap disk for the flip top

    i got gameshark2 version 3. will it work for booting backups and can i boot the backups with codes using the flip top?
