When I use the option "Encode Chapters" to encode the chapters of a DVD to MPEG2, there is no sound for the last one or two seconds of each chapter (for the last few seconds at the end of each MPEG2 file once encoded). If I choose "Encode Segment," however, and just encode the sections which contain the last few seconds of each chapter, the sound is there through the whole MPEG2 file. If you know anything about this, please let me know.

Thank you for any answers you are able to give me.

I'm still having trouble. Now when I try to encode an entire DVD (without encoding the chapters), half way through the encoding process I get the message "Warning VBV delay underflows = 158" and then I click "OK" and the program freezes. If you know anything about this or if you have lots of good experience with ImTOO DVD Ripper, please do help me.
